A major airline in the United Kingdom is seeking an Aircraft Mechanic to join its maintenance team. The successful candidate will perform maintenance tasks, ensuring quality standards are met. Earlier this year, we expanded our maintenance capability with the opening of British Airways Engineering Gatwick. We’re now looking to build on the strong foundation established by our talented team there and further develop the site to include Winter Airbus Heavy Maintenance operations within this impressive facility.
As an Aircraft Mechanic, you will work as part of our maintenance team to complete scheduled and unscheduled maintenance tasks on aircraft and components. Working under supervision, you will perform mechanical repairs and inspections, ensuring all work is completed to the required standards and timeframes. This role requires technical expertise, attention to detail, and a commitment to excellence in all aspects of aircraft maintenance.
