A prestigious university in London is seeking a Student Advice and Wellbeing Support Officer to act as the first point of contact for students. This role involves supporting various wellbeing services, managing communications, and collaborating with a team. The ideal candidate will have strong front-line administration experience, effective communication skills, and the ability to handle sensitive situations. As Student Advice and Wellbeing Support Officer, you will be joining a small team and will be the first point of contact for students using the following services:
You will have a range of tasks including face‑to‑face interaction with students, supporting the various Student Advice & Wellbeing services as well as managing a busy inbox. You will work collaboratively alongside another SAaW Support Officer and will prioritise tasks according to service demand. You will also support the team and the Head of Advice and Wellbeing with appropriate administrative and organisational functions.
