A leading consultancy in logistics is seeking an HR & ER Operations Lead to manage employee relations and develop a small HR team. Responsibilities include providing expert guidance on ER issues, handling disciplinary cases, and fostering relationships with union representatives. Ideal candidates will have strong ER experience and a CIPD Level 5+ qualification. The role offers a salary of up to £55,000 plus benefits and a car allowance.
