Job summary

A leading procurement organization is seeking a Lead Commercial Manager to represent the customer and lead a cross-functional team to achieve business objectives in the fast-growing eCommerce sector. This role requires at least 3 years of FMCG experience, strong negotiation skills, and a strategic mindset to align with commercial targets. Successful candidates will drive results, manage customer relationships, and contribute to a dynamic team environment.

Qualifications

  • 3+ years FMCG experience with proven negotiation skills.
  • Strong understanding of shopper/market insights related to eCommerce.
  • Ability to communicate and build relationships quickly.

Responsibilities

  • Lead commercial proposals including NPD and promotional planning.
  • Manage forecasting and maintain accountability for delivery.
  • Negotiate annual Joint Business Plans (JBP).
  • Track commercial performance of category plans.
