• Gather and document business requirements from stakeholders
• Analyse processes and suggest improvements
• Support the delivery of new systems, processes, or products
• Work closely with developers, testers, and project managers
• Prepare reports, process maps, and presentations

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Organised and detail-oriented
• Comfortable working with both technical and non-technical teams
• Analytical mindset with an interest in problem-solving
• Degree preferred (Business, IT, or related), but strong candidates without a degree will be considered
• Previous exposure to office, business, or tech environments is beneficial, not essential
