A local government council in Birmingham is seeking a Principle Officer for Property Management who will manage education assets and lead on the processes of schools. The ideal candidate will have experience in property management and a passion for serving the community. This role offers a competitive salary in a dynamic work environment.

Consultation grade - subject to formal evaluation under the Pay Equity Review
Working 36.5 hours per week
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Grade 6 Property Manager within the Education Infrastructure Team (Children and Families Directorate). Responsibility will include alignment of the use of education assets including Children’s Centres and Early Years settings, Unattached School Playing Fields, surplus properties and school sites to the future operation and priorities of the City Council. The role will also involve leading on the changing status of schools processes including academisation.
