A leading real estate services company is seeking an Asset Manager to oversee a mixed-use portfolio in London and the South East. The successful candidate will manage local authority pension funds, ensuring high standards of asset management and customer experience. MRICS qualification and a strong work ethic are essential.

Based in the Colliers UK head office at 95 Wigmore Street, London, we have one of the UK’s largest teams managing Central London assets for a multitude of clients including:
We manage a significant number of well-known trophy, mixed use, retail and office assets, with our team doubling in size over the last three years as we continue to expand.
Reporting to the team Director you will manage a mixed-use portfolio of assets in London and the South East, primarily working on two local authority pension funds, but with opportunities to work with additional clients as you develop into the role. The role will involve significant asset management, with opportunities to drive value on the local authority funds through lease renewals, rent reviews and break removals.
