What You'll Bring To The Table

This role offers an excellent opportunity to develop skills and gain experience in a multifaceted environment. You will support the client services team and the wider AND Reading office, including marketing and events. We seek someone highly organized, proactive, and capable of managing multiple tasks and adding value to the team.

1. Project Coordination: Support planning, tracking, and reporting for PMO activities, including policy compliance and laptop management.
2. Client Support: Assist the Client Services team with governance packs, action tracking, and sourcing project resources.
3. Invoicing Management: Oversee invoicing processes, including approvals, amendments, and issue resolution.
4. Workshop & Event Facilitation: Help plan and facilitate client-facing workshops, away days, and internal marketing events.
5. Stakeholder Communication: Liaise with internal teams and clients to ensure smooth operations.
6. Office & Administrative Support: Manage meeting room bookings, documentation, and general office duties.
7. Process Improvement: Identify opportunities to enhance efficiency across projects, client services, and office operations.
