Office Administrator / Junior PA

Permanent | Full-time | Hybrid working | £27,000 - £31,000 per annum

An exciting opportunity has arisen to join a dynamic and fast-growing start-up as an Office Administrator/Junior PA. This newly created position has been introduced to support the Executive Assistant as the business continues to expand rapidly. You’ll be working alongside someone who will act as a mentor, helping you learn the ropes and build valuable experience in how a thriving company operates. This role offers genuine variety and fantastic potential to grow and progress.

In this role, you’ll be the go-to person for administrative support, ensuring the day-to-day running of the business is smooth and efficient. You’ll get involved in a wide range of tasks, including:

  • Acting as the first point of contact for all administrative queries from employees and contractors, providing timely and professional support
  • Coordinating travel for the Operations team, including booking transport and accommodation and managing any last-minute changes
  • Keeping accurate records of travel arrangements, bookings, and expenses
  • Assisting with onboarding new starters, preparing documentation, and scheduling inductions
  • Updating and maintaining HR databases, ensuring all employee and contractor information is current and accurate
  • Managing office supplies and branded merchandise
  • Providing support with financial administration, including data entry and invoice processing
  • Helping plan and coordinate company social events, from researching venues to managing RSVPs
  • Supporting the Executive Assistant with company-wide research and projects

We are looking for a candidate that is hungry to learn and work hard. The incoming person must be incredibly discreet, detail-oriented oriented and collaborative. The working environment is fun and is even home to an adorable office dog. We are ideally looking for someone that has some experience working in an administrative role and is looking to take the next steps in their career.
