In the role of Technical Author, you will be responsible for creating, maintaining, and improving high-quality technical documentation for our digital products, including software applications like GeoLocs, APIs, and middleware solutions. You will work closely with product managers, developers, QA, and UX teams to ensure our documentation is clear, concise, and user-friendly for both internal and external stakeholders.

What You'll Be Doing…
- Develop and maintain comprehensive technical documentation, including user guides, help libraries, SDK documentation, release notes, and product specifications.
- Collaborate with product teams to understand complex technical concepts and translate them into accessible content.
- Ensure consistency in terminology, style, and structure across all documentation.
- Update documentation with new product releases and enhancements.
- Work with UX designers to align documentation with product interfaces and workflows.
- Conduct content reviews with software & QA engineers and stakeholders such as Product Managers to ensure accuracy.
- Manage document repositories and version control systems.

We’d love to hear from you if…
- You have proven experience as a Technical Author, Technical Writer, or similar role.
- You understand digital products, APIs, SDKs, and software development processes.
- You have excellent written and verbal communication skills. Proficiency in English is essential due to documentation content.
- You can break down complex technical concepts into clear, concise documentation.
- You have experience with tools like Confluence, Markdown, Docusaurus, or similar.
- You are familiar with version control systems such as Git.
- You can work independently and collaboratively with technical teams.
- You pay strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- You have experience with API documentation tools like Swagger or Postman.
- You understand Agile development methodologies.
- You have experience creating multimedia content (diagrams, videos, etc.).
Nice to have:
- Experience in the iGaming, lottery, or betting industry.
- Knowledge of ISO27001 standards and compliance.
