A leading staffing agency in Coventry is looking for a proactive Systems Administrator to support the Time & Attendance system and ensure smooth operations. The ideal candidate will have proven administrative experience, strong IT skills, and be comfortable working with various teams. This full-time role initially requires on-site work, with opportunities for hybrid working once acquainted with the system. Location : Coventry, CV4 8JP
Contract type : 3 months fixed-term contract, Full Time
Working hours : Monday to Friday, 8am-5pm
Salary : £12.50 - £13.00 DOE
We're currently seeking a proactive and technically confident Administrator to support our client's systems team in Coventry. This short-term but impactful role will play a key part in ensuring the smooth running of our T&A system while we implement improvements and transition to a new way of working.
This is a fast-paced, hands‑on position where you'll act as a key support function to their Contract Managers and operational teams. Full training on the system will be provided, and once up to speed, hybrid working (60 / 40 split) may be available.
