Location: Cranleigh - Free Parking

Salary: £28,000 - £32,000 - PLUS 25 days holiday plus BH & Birthday, pension, medical insurance and life insurance + so much more!

Hours: Monday -Friday (9am -5pm) (Full office based)

Overview

Our client is a well-established and highly respected law firm in Surrey -known for their warm, friendly culture and long-standing reputation they are currently looking for a Legal Secretary to join their small, supportive team in Cranleigh.

What you will be doing?
  • Supporting three fee earners with secretarial and administrative tasks
  • Producing accurate documents and correspondence via audio dictation
  • Maintaining well‑organised client files and records
  • Assisting with reception duties including greeting clients and managing meeting room bookings
  • Liaising with clients and third parties by phone and in person, delivering excellent service
What are we looking for?
  • Previous experience as a Legal Secretary or in a legal support role
  • Strong typing and audio transcription skills
  • Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills
  • Confident communication and a professional, friendly manner
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and digital audio software
  • Familiarity with case management systems
