My clientis looking for a Samples and Office Co-ordinator to join their dynamic team, where you will play a crucial role in managing the design development office and supporting our product teams. This position is ideal for someone with relevant industry experience, strong organisational skillsand competent IT skills, including proficiency in Outlook, Excel, Wordand PowerPoint.

Day-to-day of the role:
  • Oversee the overall management of the design development office.
  • Handle general office administration tasks such as ordering stationery, managing couriersand maintaining office supplies.
  • Manage brand compliance systems, including uploading Jpegs, monitoring approvals and disapprovalsand liaising with product developers.
  • Coordinate with teams in India and operations teams on brand compliance and order placements.
  • Distribute incoming parcels and manage outgoing product shipments to suppliers or buyers.
  • Organise and maintain files and paperwork for the accounts department.
  • Assist in maintaining office hygiene in coordination with cleaning contractors.
  • Support product teams in preparing and managing samples for customer meetings and seasonal displays.
  • Maintain and organise stock rotation and storage systems within the office.
  • Provide comprehensive support to all members of the design and product team.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • Relevant industry experience in a similar role.
