• Experienced bar leader in a high-volume venue
• Naturally organised, systematic, and proactive
• Comfortable with numbers, stock systems, and reporting
• Confident communicator who gives clear direction and feedback
• Believes in developing people and building strong team culture
• Holds themselves to high personal standards and leads by example
• Strong product knowledge and attention to detail
• Calm under pressure and decisive in busy service moments

• Lead the bar team with energy, focus, and a sense of fun
• Manage bar stock, deliveries, rotation, and stocktakes with precision
• Ensure all drinks are made to spec and served with pace and personality
• Maintain high standards of cleanliness, hygiene, and bar presentation
• Support the GM and AGM with rota planning, budgeting, and compliance
• Train and coach bartenders on skills, service, and brand standards
• Handle guest feedback and operational issues with professionalism
