A recognized house builder in London is seeking a Fire Manager to oversee technical and commercial aspects of fire projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in managing medium and high-rise projects, knowledge of fire regulations, and experience in stakeholder management. This role offers an opportunity to contribute to important work within the construction industry and ensure compliance with fire safety standards.
Salary: £60,000 - £65,000 plus benefits

Recognised House Builder urgently require a Fire Manager to manage the Technical and Commercial aspects of the company’s fire projects from 1st contact through to completion of any relevant remedial works.
Duties and responsibilities include:
The ideal candidate will come from a Technical or Commercial background with appropriate knowledge and experience of complex medium rise and high rise projects.
Have an ability to work across both the Technical and Commercial disciplines,
Have experience of managing legacy projects.
Knowledge of relevant Fire Regulations,
Ability to manage a broad range of 3rd party stakeholders, residents and regulators
