An opportunity has arisen for a HR/Finance Manager position to establish a small HR division within an ambitious Engineering Consultancy near Waterloo.
As the HR/Finance Manager, you will be the first of your kind in a business of 85 employees, with a growth plan to double the headcount.
You will work closely with the founding directors to support the company's strategic growth over the next 5 years.
Your responsibilities will include working in a vibrant office environment, handling all HR matters, assisting with client relations, managing finance controls, implementing new processes, and setting up and administering a company healthcare system.
This is an evolving HR/Finance Manager role with opportunities for development in multiple areas, aligned with the candidate's aspirations.
