Overview

I am working exclusively with a national wealth management firm on a pivotal HR appointment.

This is a specialist role that combines strong Employee Relations expertise with proven Learning & Development leadership. The successful candidate will:

  • Handle complex and sensitive ER matters with confidence
  • Design and embed L&D programmes suited to the growth stage of SMEs and scale-ups
  • Partner closely with the HR Director and Leadership Group to safeguard the organisation while enabling performance and culture
