A leading accountancy firm located in Chippenham is seeking an HR Business Partner to enhance HR strategies supporting Client Service Teams. You'll manage HR initiatives, develop employees, and foster a positive workplace culture. The ideal candidate brings experience in HR, strong interpersonal skills, and knowledge of UK employment law. We're recruiting for an HR Business Partner at Old Mill as we expand our HR team to support our Client Service Teams (CSTs) across our five offices. As a trusted adviser, you'll shape people management, employee development, and cultural initiatives, fostering a positive and inclusive workplace.

With proven experience as an HR Business Partner, ideally in professional services, you\'ll bring:
You\'ll thrive in this role if you enjoy variety, are confident working independently, and are eager to make a meaningful impact. A CIPD Level 5/7 qualification is a plus, and a driving licence is essential for travel between our five offices.
