This is sales support in a fast-growing, private equity-backed manufacturing business supplying industries where mistakes aren't an option — aerospace, defence, marine and even F1. The pace is quick, the customers demanding, and the detail critical.

If you're resilient, organised and thrive when you've got 10 things flying at you at once, you'll fit right in.

Responsibilities
  • Own the sales order process from quotation to delivery — you'll be the glue holding sales, planning and production together.
  • Keep ERP and CRM systems accurate so decisions are made on facts, not guesswork.
  • Be the first point of contact for customers — handling queries, complaints and last-minute changes with speed and professionalism.
  • Support Sales Managers — organising meetings, pulling together presentations, and making sure prospects get what they need.
  • Work closely with technical and planning teams to keep customer orders moving.
  • Spot and fix bottlenecks that slow everything down.
What You Will Bring
  • 2+ years' experience in sales support, customer service or something similar.
  • Solid computer skills — MS Office and CRM (Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.).
  • Strong communicator, whether it's written, spoken, technical or non-technical.
  • Organised, detail-driven and calm when things get hectic.
  • A resilient mindset — you don't fold under pressure, you keep pushing.
