Job summary
A growing food business is seeking a Technical Account Manager to serve as the primary contact for technical matters. The ideal candidate will have experience in the food manufacturing sector, particularly supplying retailers, and will possess strong communication and leadership skills. Responsibilities include managing audits and ensuring compliance with customer requirements. This position offers a competitive salary ranging from £50,000 to £58,000 plus bonuses, located in Ryhall, Cambridgeshire.
Qualifications
- Experience of working in a food or fresh produce business supplying retailers.
- Great communication skills to liaise effectively with a customer base.
- Excellent leadership skills to drive forward the technical team.
- Experience of BRC is essential.
Responsibilities
- Primary contact for all technical matters within the business and link for all customers.
- Manage internal audits, host BRC and customer audits and the management of suppliers.
- Responsible for managing the technical function for the site to ensure compliance.
