Qualifications

• 1-2 years of experience in an IT support role both desk and shop floor.
• Understanding of components of the Google Suite of applications.
• MCP in Windows 10/11 environment is preferred but not essential.

Responsibilities

• Support computer applications and platforms in an office and manufacturing environment.
• Provide IT support services while managing day-to-day operations.
• Assist in diagnosing and resolving technical hardware and software issues.
