Job summary

A UK-based recruitment firm is looking for a Shift Leader Service Desk Support Engineer based in Shrivenham. The successful candidate will manage a team providing 24/7 support, addressing IT issues, and ensuring excellent customer service. Qualifications

Responsibilities

  • Ensure timely resolution of incidents and service requests.
  • Document all support requests and provide excellent customer service.
