1st / 2nd Line IT Support Engineer – Leeds – £28,000 - Great Opportunity!

An established and forward-thinking IT services provider based in Leeds is looking for a talented 1st / 2nd Line IT Support Engineer to join their growing technical team. This is a great opportunity for someone who’s passionate about technology, problem-solving, and delivering excellent customer support.

The Role:

You’ll be providing hands‑on technical support to a wide range of clients, resolving IT issues quickly and professionally while ensuring a great customer experience. The position covers both 1st and 2nd line responsibilities, offering plenty of scope to learn and progress.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Respond to helpdesk tickets and troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues
  • Support Windows environments, Microsoft 365, and general networking setups
  • Install, configure, and maintain IT systems and equipment
  • Escalate complex issues to senior engineers where needed
  • Deliver a high standard of service and communication to all users
