We currently have a vacancy for this role which involves assisting with building, configuring and commissioning of laptops, desktop PCs, tablets and other equipment across the city. This forms part of a continual programme of replacement/upgrading of IT equipment as well as specific requests for new equipment. The successful candidate will be expected to work to the highest standards ensuring that customer expectations are, wherever reasonable, not just met but exceeded.
