A leading HR services provider in the UK is seeking an HR Business Partner to work hybrid between Cringleford and St Ives. The successful candidate will provide professional HR advice, promote HR practices, and lead on recruitment strategies. This role requires CIPD qualification and prior experience in a Business Partner capacity. You will collaborate with workforce colleagues to implement policies and manage employee relations. Qualifications

  • Line Manager experience is essential.

HR Business Partner Band: 7

Working between Cringleford, NR4 6AU & St Ives, PE27 4LG

Hybrid working

Monday Friday, 37.5 hours per week

If you would like an interim temp FTC to start asap of approx 2 months and would enjoy a busy, responsible and varied HRBP role, this is perfect.

Job role
  • To work in partnership with Community Unit and Service Leads to provide professional customer-focused HR advice and People focused solutions that support the business.
  • To promote, embed and become an exemplar subject matter expert on all HR / people management matters, including acting as a conduit to other Workforce functions.
  • In conjunction with the Recruitment and Retention Business Partner Lead on recruitment and retention strategies and plans within your services, to create and deliver actions to address recruitment hotspots and high turnover areas, with the aim to ensure the services achieve their workforce plans.
  • To work collaboratively with other workforce colleagues and the strategic Workforce Planning Lead, to support your services to have in place a realistic, proactive, measurable and achievable Workforce plans.
  • To take action, advise and lead locally on all HR key activities including but not limited to; Employee Relations, Workforce Diversity and Inclusion, Staff Health and Wellbeing and Staff survey actions.
  • To identify and manage workforce issues and major change programmes.
  • To support the development, integration and implementation of corporate HR policy and practice.
To be considered you MUST
  • Be CIPD qualified/post graduate diploma in HRM and/or equivalent experience to Masters level
  • Have experience of working as a Business Partner (or equivalent role/title)
  • Possess Line Manager experience
  • Have Performance management experience
  • Be able to write consultation papers and reports.
