A leading food logistics company in Tilbury is seeking an HR Business Partner to manage HR responsibilities across various sites. This role involves partnering with senior stakeholders, managing various HR projects, and ensuring effective employee relations. Applicants must be CIPD qualified, with strong HR knowledge, excellent communication skills, and the ability to navigate complex change environments. We are a market leading ambient and chilled food & drink 3PL specialist, providing warehouse and distribution alongside fresh, food manufacturing, co-packing and bonded divisions. Working in partnership with some of the biggest household names in the food and drink sector.

We are looking for a HR Business Partner to join our HR operational team.The role of HR Business Partner is truly generalist, whereby you will partner senior stakeholders and take full HR responsibility for your sites, managing a variety of projects and initiatives.
A successful HR Business Partner is someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment, can juggle a number of changing priorities with a positive, can-do approach. Experience of working in Logistics/FMCG would certainly be an advantage for this role.
