Remote HR Advisor — Employee Relations Expert

A leading healthcare organization is seeking an HR Advisor to provide high-quality support and guidance on employee relations matters. In this role, you will manage ER cases, provide training to line managers, and contribute to strategic HR projects. The ideal candidate will have CIPD Level 3 qualification and at least 2 years of experience in managing ER issues. - In-depth knowledge of employment legislation and HR best practices.
- Ability to influence and build strong working relationships.
Responsabilidades

- Conduct HR Policy and Procedure training for line managers.
