Regional People Partner — Field HR Lead (18-Month Contract)
Job summary
A retail organization is looking for a People Business Partner to deliver the People Strategy across regions in the South of England. This field-based role includes coaching regional teams, managing employee relations, and ensuring effective recruitment processes. The ideal candidate will have multi-location HR experience and be CIPD Level 5 qualified. Strong collaboration and digital skills are essential for driving organizational goals and enhancing employee engagement. This is a fixed-term contract for 18 months.
Qualifications
- Experienced HR Generalist with multi-location experience.
- Strong digital and organizational skills.
- Ability to simplify problems and provide solutions.
Responsibilities
- Deliver the People Strategy in the regions.
- Support and coach Regional teams for Retail strategy delivery.
- Produce a Regional people plan incorporating D&I.
- Raise capability across the Regional teams.
- Support overall engagement initiatives.
- Handle absence, disciplinary, and grievance cases.
- Keep up to date with current employment legislation.
- Ensure correct recruitment processes are followed.
- Implement Pay Review & bonus policies.
- Lead key people projects supporting the overall strategy.
- Interpret data to present solutions.
