Team Assistant – HR | Global Financial Services Organisation

Salary: Up to £45,000 + bonus

Location: London | Hybrid (3 days in office)

A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a highly organised and proactive Team Assistant to join a dynamic HR function within a global financial services organisation. This role sits at the heart of a collaborative HR leadership team, providing seamless support across a fast‑paced, international environment.

The Opportunity

You will support five senior HR leaders, managing complex diaries, coordinating global travel, preparing meeting materials, and keeping the team running efficiently day‑to‑day. This is an excellent role for someone who thrives in a busy corporate environment and enjoys being the central point of contact for a high‑performing team.

Key Responsibilities Include:
  • Managing multiple diaries with precision, prioritising prep time, deadlines, and changing schedules
  • Coordinating meetings, calls, travel, and events across UK, US, and APAC time zones
  • Preparing agendas, presentations, and reports; taking minutes and tracking actions
  • Providing full administrative support including expenses, invoices, room bookings, documentation and updating team org charts
  • Supporting HR processes such as onboarding, documentation management, and internal communications
  • Building strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders
  • Handling confidential information with professionalism and discretion
What We’re Looking For:
  • Proven PA/EA or Team Assistant experience within a fast‑paced corporate environment
  • Strong diary management, communication, and stakeholder‑management skills
  • Proactive, calm under pressure, and able to juggle competing priorities
  • Confident with Microsoft Office, especially Outlook, PowerPoint and Excel
  • A collaborative, personable approach with a genuine interest in HR operations
