Job summary

A retail organization is looking for a People Business Partner to deliver the People Strategy across regions in the South of England. This field-based role includes coaching regional teams, managing employee relations, and ensuring effective recruitment processes. The ideal candidate will have multi-location HR experience and be CIPD Level 5 qualified. Strong collaboration and digital skills are essential for driving organizational goals and enhancing employee engagement. This is a fixed-term contract for 18 months.

Qualifications

• Experienced HR Generalist with multi-location experience.

Responsibilities

• Deliver the People Strategy in the regions.
• Support and coach Regional teams for Retail strategy delivery.
• Produce a Regional people plan incorporating D&I.
• Raise capability across the Regional teams.
• Support overall engagement initiatives.
• Handle absence, disciplinary, and grievance cases.
• Keep up to date with current employment legislation.
• Ensure correct recruitment processes are followed.
• Implement Pay Review & bonus policies.
• Lead key people projects supporting the overall strategy.
• Interpret data to present solutions.
