The successful candidate will build strong relationships and address business needs through strategic HR initiatives, workforce planning, and change management. We are supporting our client in sourcing an experienced HR Business Partner to work closely with senior leaders across designated business areas. The role requires someone who can build strong relationships, understand organisational priorities, and deliver effective people strategies that drive performance, engagement and cultural development.
You will act as the key link between the business and specialist HR functions, ensuring people initiatives are aligned to business needs and implemented effectively. This includes organisational design, workforce planning, performance management, development, diversity and inclusion, change management and engagement activities.
