Job summary
A growing HR consultancy in Greater London seeks an experienced HR Advisor specialised in Employee Relations. This office-based role focuses on managing employee relations casework, providing support throughout the employee lifecycle, and coaching line managers. Ideal candidates will have substantial experience in handling disciplinaries and grievances autonomously, confidence during challenging conversations, and be working towards CIPD Level 5. Join a supportive HR team culture in a large, expanding business.
Qualifications
- Substantial experience in employee relations including leading disciplinaries and investigations.
- Confidence in having challenging conversations with employees and management.
- Ability to work closely with line managers to provide support and advice.
