Job summary

A growing HR consultancy in Greater London seeks an experienced HR Advisor specialised in Employee Relations. This office-based role focuses on managing employee relations casework, providing support throughout the employee lifecycle, and coaching line managers. Ideal candidates will have substantial experience in handling disciplinaries and grievances autonomously, confidence during challenging conversations, and be working towards CIPD Level 5. Qualifications

Personal qualities and experience we are looking for

HR Advisor level experience

  • Self‑assured and confident, comfortable having challenging conversations.
  • CIPD Level 5 or working towards.
  • Used to working closely with line managers to empower and advise.
