Marketing and Graphic Design Apprentice - Job Description

Emprise Group is a brand management company that represents global sports brands. We are looking for a conscientious and well organised candidate for an apprenticeship position with the ability to work in a fast paced environment.

Overview of the role

To support the wider merchandise and marketing team to deliver the marketing strategy for Emprise Group..

This includes creating new teamwear designs across various products for various sports clubs. The apprentice will complete the Level 3 Multi Channel Marketing Apprenticeship.

To create content for marketing campaigns which will be used across the Emprise Group digital marketing channels. This includes social media channels, website and email marketing. Support with wider areas of digital marketing including paid ad campaigns, SEO, Website optimisation and video production. To create new Shopify webpages for each new club and to load products for online sales. To represent the brand in a positive manner and within the brand guidelines across all digital marketing outputs.

Main Duties/ Responsibilities, with supervision:

• Load products into the e-commerce website
• Design and post social media posts
• Interact with users and community and manage all social media platforms
• Write blog posts for the website
• Generate backlinks for our website
• Send out regular email marketing campaigns
• Support with the wider Emprise Group brands [Barmy Army, R66T Academy, Teamwear]

Person specification:

• GCSE grades 4-9 or equivalent in Mathematics and English
• Graphic Design equivalent course/qualification

Skills and attributes:

• Understanding and experience of the Adobe suite or equivalent design software
• A keen interest in both graphic design and digital marketing
• Understanding of Microsoft/Google apps [Mail, word, excel, powerpoint]
• Understanding of Social Media channels
• Understanding of wider digital marketing techniques such as email marketing
• Good written and verbal communication skills
• Enthusiastic and positive attitude with a willingness to learn
• Good at time keeping and conscientious
• Good team player but who can work on their own when required
• Enjoy being part of a fun, dynamic and diverse team
