We're looking for several skilled recruitment professionals to join a dynamic team for an exciting 3-month contract, based in Tolworth. This hybrid role offers a fantastic opportunity to work within a leading FMCG company, supporting a surge in volume recruitment for multiple regions as well as the head office.

About the Role

As a Recruiter, you will play a key role in managing end-to-end recruitment for a wide range of roles across different regions and the head office. You'll be responsible for sourcing candidates through various channels, including job boards, CV databases, and direct outreach. You will conduct telephone interviews, screen applications, coordinate interviews, schedule assessment days, and ensure a seamless recruitment process for both candidates and hiring managers.
