Farm Management Consultant – Perth, Scotland (Flexible/Hybrid Working)

Are you an experienced Farm Management Consultant seeking a new opportunity to influence the future of farming and rural businesses? This role combines strategic planning with practical involvement, supporting farm businesses to grow, adapt, and succeed in a changing environment.

• Managing Contract Farming Agreements
• Conducting farm assessments and business reviews
• Advising on cropping and livestock systems
• Delivering agri-environment schemes and sourcing rural funding
• Creating business plans, budgets, and financial forecasts
• Supporting sustainable and regenerative farming practices
• Advising on risk, resilience, and compliance
• Building client relationships and contributing to business development

The team collaborates on a wide range of rural, commercial, and environmental projects, known for building trusted client relationships. • Strong knowledge of farm business management, including arable and livestock sectors
• Practical farming experience or a relevant academic background; a degree is advantageous
• Excellent communication and client-facing skills
• Commercially aware with problem-solving abilities
• Familiarity with rural grants and environmental schemes is a plus
