The Job:

A well-established and highly respected agricultural business is seeking an experienced Arable Agronomist to support a portfolio of long-standing customers across Hampshire. This is a fantastic opportunity to work autonomously while being backed by a knowledgeable and supportive team, delivering bespoke crop strategies and sustainable agronomy solutions to growers.

Key responsibilities include:

• Advising clients on tailored agronomic practices and crop protection strategies
• Supporting growers in building efficient and sustainable arable systems
• Developing long-term client relationships through regular on-farm visits
• Collaborating with internal teams to stay ahead of agronomic developments
• Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and regulations

The Candidate:
