The Role
This is a brilliant opportunity for a senior sales leader to shape the future of a well-established and respected UK nursery business. Based on-site in the West Midlands, you'll take the reins of the sales function, driving commercial growth, inspiring a motivated team, and helping bring high-quality trees and plants to clients across the country.
Working closely with the senior leadership team, you'll define and deliver a forward-thinking sales strategy, keeping your finger on the pulse of seasonal rhythms, customer needs, and market trends. It's a hands-on, people-focused role, ideal for someone who's as comfortable at a trade show as they are walking the nursery.
