Milk Filling Machine Operator – Scotland - Competitive salary DOE

We are seeking reliable and detail-oriented Milk Filling Machine Operators to join a fast-paced production team. In this role, you will be responsible for the efficient operation of high-speed filling and packaging machinery, ensuring product quality, minimizing downtime, and maintaining hygiene and safety standards. This position is essential for ensuring the consistent and timely delivery of high-quality dairy products.

• Previous experience working in a food production or manufacturing environment
• Familiarity with automated filling and packaging machinery (desirable but not essential)
• Good attention to detail and quality control
• Strong understanding of hygiene, health, and safety protocols
• Ability to work efficiently under pressure and meet production targets
• Mechanically minded with good problem-solving skills
• Reliable, punctual, and flexible with a positive work ethic
• Willingness to work shift patterns, including early mornings or evenings if required
