Award-winning brokerage is seeking a new Mortgage Broker to join our team on either an Employed or Self-Employed basis.

We are the leading UK broker specialising in Self Build and Development funding.

The role would be suited to an experienced broker who wants a new challenge—someone eager to expand their knowledge and have the real opportunity to earn more money while working for a market-leading firm with a great team.

The role can be home-based; however, the candidate will need to commit to the first 4-6 weeks being fully office-based while completing the firm’s internal training program.

Employed - Basic salary of £30,000 with an OTE of £85,000.

Self-Employed - Average case size across the team in 2024 was £4,097 (mortgage and broker fee only). Expected net earnings are £120,000.

What you need to have:

• CAS status
• Full CeMap Qualification
• Minimum 2 years experience as a mortgage broker
• Experience managing a large mortgage pipeline
• Customer-focused approach
• Ability to manage multiple leads daily
• Ability to plan own time/diary efficiently
