Award-winning brokerage is seeking a new Mortgage Broker to join our team on either an Employed or Self-Employed basis.

We are the leading UK broker specialising in Self Build and Development funding.

The role would be suited to an experienced broker who wants a new challenge, expand their knowledge, and have the opportunity to earn more money while working for a market-leading firm with a great team.

The role can be home-based; however, the candidate will need to commit to the first 4-6 weeks being fully office-based while completing the firm's internal training program.

Employed: Basic salary of £30,000 with an OTE of £85,000.

Self-Employed: The average case size across the team in 2024 was £4,097 (mortgage and broker fee only). Expected net earnings are £120,000.

• Minimum of 2 years experience as a mortgage broker
