Overview

Location: Southville, Bristol (Must live in the specific Geographic location)

Accountable to: Estate Agency Director

What is on offer to you?

  • £50,000+ per year complete on-target earnings
  • £20,000 to £27,000 Basic salary per year, dependent on experience
  • Three months of supplementary payments to support you whilst you build your pipeline, followed by a "business builder" scheme.

Main Purpose of the role:

You will be responsible for building and developing the Estate Agency profile in a designated core area.

This involves making decisions on targeted marketing and canvassing, developing business contacts within local communities to generate referrals, and utilizing a nearby super hub office to value and convert market appraisal opportunities, supported by a marketing budget. You will oversee instructions from listing to completion, working with sales negotiators, sale progression, and admin staff at the hub to manage the customer journey.

This is a unique and exciting role within the property sector.

We seek individuals with at least 4 years of Estate Agency experience who desire the responsibility to manage their own area within an employed environment, with flexibility to work from home and office.

The Role: This is a FULLY EMPLOYED position. Our Partners enjoy the flexibility of a SELF-EMPLOYED model with full responsibility for becoming the best Estate Agent in their local area. They provide comprehensive end-to-end services from valuation to sale completion.

Support: This is Not a Self-Employed Position, which means we provide extensive support to help you grow a successful business, including training from our learning and development team, support from a Local Property Centre, industry-leading technology, and marketing to enhance your local brand awareness.

Our Partners: The ideal Partners will have an entrepreneurial spirit, a desire to excel as estate agents, and a focus on building local relationships, marketing their personal brand, and delivering exceptional customer experiences.

Benefits: This role is home-based with the security of employed status, allowing flexible diary management to support customers at their convenience.
