Responsibilities

1. Manage a caseload of Liability and Casualty claims, including Employer’s and Public Liability claims up to £25,000 across various sectors.
2. Negotiate claims to final settlement, utilizing advanced technology and support from a dedicated team.
3. Engage with stakeholders across different industries, demonstrating excellent communication and rapport-building skills.

Candidate Requirements

• Experience handling Liability or Casualty claims within insurance, delegated authority, legal, or related environments.
• Self-motivated, well-organized, with excellent task management and problem-solving skills.
• Client-focused with strong communication skills, capable of handling difficult conversations empathetically.
• Flexible working hours to accommodate personal commitments.
