A leading defence and aerospace company is seeking a Business Development Operations Lead to manage day-to-day operations in Harlow or London. The role involves overseeing customer engagement, driving business development action plans, and coordinating budgets and operations with a strong focus on maximizing opportunities within the UK and aligning with the US. Ideal candidates will have excellent management and communication skills, along with a business-related degree and some experience in Business Development. Hybrid working is offered, with 2-4 days onsite.

Qualifications

  • Experience in Business Development or a related area.
  • Ability to work with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

  • Manage UK CRM ensuring alignment with Raytheon US.
  • Track customer engagements and maximize opportunities.
  • Review and manage MoD DCO opportunities.
  • Drive BD action plans and performance.
  • Coordinate R&C Annual Operations Plan and budget.
