Qualifications

• Proven management experience in a Hard FM environment.
• Experience delivering planned and reactive maintenance.
• Strong commercial awareness including P&L management.
• IOSH Managing Safely certification required.
• Experience with fixed-price contracts.

Responsibilities

• Lead and deliver Hard FM services in compliance with requirements.
• Manage operational and financial interfaces with client teams.
• Build strong client relationships and manage expectations.
• Ensure safety and compliance across Hard FM activities.
• Develop and motivate the Hard FM team.
