Qualifications

• Previous experience within a similar team leader operations role.
• Good Health & Safety knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Oversee/maintain the working processes of the facility.
• Control PRF room operations.
• Lead operatives, motivating, assigning tasks and monitoring quality standards.
• Induct and monitor specific specialised contractors.
• Assist with investigating and reporting findings of process incidents.
• Ensure environmental permitting and planning permission management.
• Report faults on plant and machinery.
• Supervise the facility in absence of the process shift supervisor.
