  • Support Contract Managers with Client work order requests.

  • Participate in out of hours and weekend call outs.

We’re seeking a Operations Coordinator/Planner to join our dynamic Planning team for specified Customers contracted to the Brize Norton depot and associated depots within the Adler and Allan Group. This is your chance to work at the heart of keeping the UK’s environment clean and safe — by ensuring Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM) and reactive services are delivered to perfection.

What you’ll do:
  • Co-ordinating operatives / engineer’s daily schedules to deliver on-time, high-quality services
  • Work with Operations Manager to ensure best utilisation of operatives / engineers
  • Support Contract Managers to address Client work order requests
  • Provide data or reports in relation to reviewing status of the planned and reactive work orders
  • Input into the development of policy and procedures to continuously improve quality and consistency of services delivered
  • Participate in the one call duty manager rota for out of hours and weekend call outs (1 week every 2 months)
