As a P&C Business Partner Manager supporting Employer Solutions leaders, you play a pivotal role as a trusted advisor, consultant, change agent, and coach. Collaborating closely with leaders, you develop and implement strategies addressing business needs while spearheading the execution of the People Plan. Engaging in daily business conversations, you empower leaders to manage change, cultivate team growth, and foster a highly engaged workplace.

Here’s how

  1. Proactively partner with leaders to identify people issues or organizational design challenges and provide advice and expertise to help develop creative solutions.
  2. Liaise with Centres of Excellence (CoE) to provide timely and constructive feedback to help drive the evolution of business unit programs and solutions.
  3. Foster a continuous improvement mindset, continually looks for opportunities to increase the return of investment (ROI) of people programs and ways to improve the team member experience.
  4. Serve as a trusted advisor to leaders by presenting multiple perspectives and challenging the status quo to expand their capabilities.
  5. Leverage the breadth of your unique experiences and perspective to share insights with your P&C colleagues.
  6. Support the business through integration planning and execution phases related to P&C or recent acquisitions.
  7. Lead complex and large projects from inception to execution, including design, delivery and communication.

  6. Enable teams to navigate the future of work, guiding how we undertake transformation initiatives for remote work environments that are reflective of new realities.
  7. Known for solving complex issues without having all the answers, and navigating ambiguity amidst ongoing, fast-paced change.
  8. Recognized for your learning mindset and ability to understand the business and the challenges by developing and delivering innovative approaches that result in improvements in team engagement, productivity and organizational performance.
  9. Experience navigating employment law and local market regulations.
  10. 7 or more years of experience in a strategic human resources, program or leadership role.
  11. University degree.
