About Our Client

Job Description

As the HR Business Partner, you will provide a range of proactive, commercially focused HR services for a selection of business sites across the UK. You will partner with stakeholders at sites, working on a wide range of activities such as change management, compensation & benefits, training & development, and employee relations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Be the first point of contact for Managers on a range of HR issues in the agreed areas to ensure consistency of approach.
  • Support Managers with the effective handling of their day-to-day HR issues such as absence management, discipline & grievance, recruitment, succession planning, people development, understanding of training needs, and supporting development plans.
  • Support the business during change programmes, maintaining positive employee relations and successful implementation of change.
  • Lead on policies for the UK.

The Successful Applicant

The right HR Business Partner will ideally be:

  • CIPD Level 5
  • Experience working within a complex, matrix organisation
  • HR Business Partner with significant experience of providing support to stakeholders at all levels
  • Knowledge of HR programs and practices, including applicable employment laws and regulations
  • Experience of working with Unions is desirable

£45k + Benefits

Main office is based near St. Austell. Hybrid working, with 3 days a week travelling to different locations in the UK depending on business needs, so candidates must be willing and able to travel.
