Job Description

1. Specialise in financial management, focusing specifically on service charge operations.
2. Influence across all levels, high stakeholder engagement.
3. Lead on the financial planning and reporting.
4. Develop reporting services in line with the needs of service charge management.

The Successful Applicant

1. Previous experience of service charge is essential, ideally within property or a HA.
2. Qualified accountant.
3. Strategic thinking ability.
4. Knowledge of Power BI and Excel.
5. Knowledge of Sun and D365 is a bonus.
