Basic: £21,600 • Hours: Monday to Friday, 9am-5pm (4pm finish on Fridays)
A fantastic opportunity has arisen to join a busy used car supermarket and brokerage at their Head Office in Swadlincote. We are looking for a proactive and organised Administrator to support the sales and delivery process. This role would suit someone with dealership sales administration experience who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys working with customers.
- £21,600 basic salary
- Monday-Friday hours with an early finish on Fridays
- Friendly and supportive head office team

- Following up with clients and customers to confirm vehicle handover details
- Scheduling and coordinating vehicle deliveries
- Processing and chasing invoices, arranging payments, and updating records

- Previous experience in dealership sales administration (ideal)
